Orient Securities reports no change in share capital for September

Orient Securities (the "Company") submitted its monthly return on October 9, 2025, for the month ended September 30, 2025. The report shows no changes in either the statutory or registered share capital, or the issued shares for both its A-shares and H-shares during the reporting month.

The statutory/registered share capital for A-shares remains at 7,469,482,864 yuan, with each share having a par value of 1 yuan. For H-shares, the statutory/registered share capital stands at 1,027,162,428 yuan, also with a par value of 1 yuan per share. The total statutory/registered share capital at month-end is 8,496,645,292 yuan.

Similarly, the number of issued A-shares (excluding treasury shares) remains at 7,407,936,383, with 61,546,481 treasury shares, making a total of 7,469,482,864 A-shares. The issued H-shares are 1,027,162,428, with no treasury shares. The company has previously conducted share repurchases of A-shares totaling 34,843,324 shares from November 2023 to January 2024 and 26,703,157 shares from May to June 2025, which are currently held as treasury shares. These repurchased shares will be canceled if not sold within three years.
