Kingsoft Office secures full ownership of subsidiary

Beijing Kingsoft Office Software Co., Ltd. (Kingsoft Office) announced the completion of its acquisition of a 31.9769% stake in its controlled subsidiary, Beijing Kingsoft Office Software Co., Ltd. The transaction, approved on June 4, 2025, involved a payment of 25,369.01 yuan from Kingsoft Office's own funds to minority shareholders, including Liu Dan, Wang Shaokang, and several Tianjin-based investment partnerships.

Following the acquisition, Kingsoft Office now directly holds 100% of the equity in Kingsoft Office Software Co., Ltd., making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. All necessary industrial and commercial change registration procedures have been completed, and the new business license has been obtained.

The selling shareholders had committed to purchasing Kingsoft Office shares totaling at least 11,872 yuan on the secondary market or through other legal means. As of the announcement date, these parties have fulfilled their commitment, having purchased company shares valued at 12,025.25 yuan. They have also pledged to lock up these shares for five years, with 20% unlocking annually upon meeting performance indicators.
