ENN Ecological Holdings announces interim dividend of 0.18 yuan per share

ENN Ecological Holdings (SSE:600803) has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, with a cash dividend of 0.18 yuan per A-share. The distribution was authorized by the 2024 annual general meeting and approved by the eleventh board of directors' third meeting on September 16, 2025. The total cash dividend to be distributed amounts to 556,173,022.86 yuan (tax inclusive), with no capital reserve conversions or bonus shares.

The distribution will be based on 3,089,850,127 shares, after deducting 6,034,980 shares in the buy-back account and 1,202,500 restricted shares awaiting cancellation. The ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date are both set for October 16, 2025, with the equity registration date on October 15, 2025.
