Beijing United Information Technology subsidiary completes capital increase, investor integration

Beijing United Information Technology (Stock Code: 603613) announced the completion of commercial registration changes for its controlling subsidiary, Beijing Weiduo E-commerce Co., Ltd. (Weiduo), following a capital increase and the introduction of new investors. This move was approved by the company's ninth board of directors at its seventh meeting on July 25, 2025. The capital increase involved Zhuhai Gesin No. 9 Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Zhuhai Gesin No. 3 Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), each contributing 100 million yuan. Following the transaction, Weiduo’s registered capital increased from 30 million yuan to 30.995024 million yuan, with Beijing United Information Technology maintaining its controlling stake.

Separately, Beijing United Information Technology completed its own commercial registration changes, obtaining a renewed business license from the Beijing Fengtai District Market Supervision Administration. This followed approvals from the company's ninth board of directors' eighth meeting on August 28, 2025, and a second extraordinary general meeting on September 16, 2025, which included resolutions to abolish the supervisory board and revise the company’s articles of association. The company’s registered capital is now 720.537813 million yuan. Both sets of updates were officially registered on October 9, 2025.
