Bank of Communications reports unchanged share capital in September

As of September 30, 2025, Bank of Communications’ statutory/registered share capital for H-shares remained at 35,011,862,630 shares, with a par value of RMB 1 per share, totaling RMB 35,011,862,630. Similarly, the statutory/registered capital for A-shares stood at 53,351,921,593 shares, also with a par value of RMB 1 per share, amounting to RMB 53,351,921,593.

The company's domestic preference shares maintained a statutory/registered share capital of 450,000,000 shares. These non-cumulative perpetual domestic preference shares have a par value of RMB 100 per share, contributing RMB 45,000,000,000 to the statutory/registered capital.
