Willfar Information Technology Co., Ltd. has disclosed its success in multiple grid-related contract bids for September 2025, totaling 286.85 million yuan. The most substantial win is from China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. for its 2025 first batch framework tender for metering equipment, valued at 168.97 million yuan. This is complemented by a 67.96 million yuan contract from State Grid Corporation of China for its 2025 fifty-third batch procurement of metering equipment.

Additional contract awards include 22.86 million yuan from Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd. for low-voltage visual smart terminal snap-on current transformers, 16.22 million yuan from State Grid Henan Electric Power Company for non-power grid sporadic material e-commerce procurement, and 10.85 million yuan from Southern Power Grid Digital Grid Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. for 2025 distribution IoT switch framework procurement.

These projects, currently in the public announcement or candidate public announcement stage, are yet to result in formal contracts, introducing an element of uncertainty. However, the total winning bid amount represents 10.45% of the company's 2024 audited operating income.
