Seres Group sees strong September NEV sales, but year-to-date declines

Seres Group Co., Ltd. announced its production and sales data for September 2025, showing notable growth in the new energy vehicle sector. New energy vehicle production for the month reached 45,453 units, marking a 21.48% increase year-on-year. Cumulative production for the year to date stands at 310,084 units, a decrease of 3.49% compared to the previous year. Sales of new energy vehicles in September were 44,678 units, up 19.44% year-on-year, with year-to-date sales reaching 304,629 units, down 3.82% cumulatively.

Specifically, Seres brand automobiles contributed significantly to these figures, with September production at 42,459 units (up 16.88% YoY) and sales at 41,249 units (up 15.14% YoY). Other vehicle models experienced a decline, with production falling by 40.29% to 3,794 units and sales by 49.66% to 3,608 units for the month.

Overall, the total production for Seres Group in September was 49,247 units, an increase of 12.51% year-on-year, bringing the year-to-date total to 345,449 units, down 6.64% cumulatively. Total sales for September reached 48,286 units, up 8.33% year-on-year, with year-to-date sales at 340,650 units, a cumulative decrease of 7.79%. The company noted this report contains flash data.
