Kuncai Material appoints Gui Houyuan as new chief financial officer

Fujian Kuncai Material Technology Co., Ltd. announced on September 30, 2025, that its financial officer, Fang Fei, has resigned due to personal reasons. Mr. Fang will no longer hold any positions within the company.

Following this departure, the company's Fourth Board of Directors approved the appointment of Gui Houyuan as the new financial officer, effective from the date of board approval until the end of the Fourth Board of Directors' term.

Mr. Gui, born in 1984, holds a bachelor's degree and is currently pursuing an EMBA at Xiamen University. He has extensive experience, previously serving as a senior manager at various accounting firms and as a financial assistant manager at Fujian Yongrong Jinjiang Co., Ltd. He does not hold any shares in Kuncai Material and meets all qualifications for a senior management position.
