China Merchants Securities reports stable share capital for september 2025

China Merchants Securities Co. (the "Company") submitted its monthly return of changes in securities for the period ended September 30, 2025. The report, filed on October 8, 2025, indicated no changes to the company's statutory/registered share capital for either its A-shares or H-shares.
