Changsha Bank strengthens board with new director appointments

Changsha Bank Co., Ltd. announced the Hunan Financial Regulatory Bureau has approved new director and independent director qualifications.

The bank received four separate approvals. These include the qualifications of Guo Zijia and Cheng Qinglong as directors, and Wang Zongrun and Cao Hongjian as independent directors of Changsha Bank.

The résumés of the new appointees are available for review in the "Announcement of the Fifteenth Meeting of the Seventh Board of Directors of Changsha Bank Co., Ltd." This was disclosed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website on October 1, 2025.
