Soochow Securities announces cash dividend for first half of 2025

Soochow Securities Co. (SSE:601555) announced a cash dividend of 0.138 yuan per share (including tax) for the first half of 2025. This distribution, based on the company's total share capital of 4,968,702,837 shares, amounts to a total cash dividend of 685,680,991.51 yuan (including tax). The dividend distribution was authorized by the company's 2024 Annual General Meeting held on May 16, 2025, and subsequently approved by the 32nd meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors on August 26, 2025.

The equity registration date for A-shares is October 14, 2025, with the ex-dividend and cash dividend payment date set for October 15, 2025. Shareholders registered with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch by the close of business on the equity registration date will be eligible for the dividend.

For individual investors and investment funds, differential individual income tax policies will apply based on the holding period of the shares. QFII investors and Hong Kong market investors will have a 10% withholding tax, resulting in a net cash dividend of 0.1242 yuan per share. Other institutional investors will receive the full 0.138 yuan per share, with tax obligations to be self-assessed.
