Shanghai Construction Group secures Tianjin land for residential development

On September 30, 2025, Shanghai Construction Group Co., Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, Shanghai Construction Group Real Estate Co., Ltd., successfully bid for state-owned construction land use rights of plot 2025-2 in the Tianjin Binhai New Area Jinbin Development Zone. The land, located south of Xinda Street and east of Dongting Road, has a total area of 12,468.65 square meters with a planned building area not exceeding 19,949.84 square meters, designated for residential use.

The total transaction price for the land use rights is RMB 18,970.00萬元. This acquisition aligns with the company’s real estate business development strategy, supporting the growth of its core business and enhancing its sustainable development capabilities.

The company acknowledges that this investment may be affected by macroeconomic conditions, industry policies, changes in project planning, and operational management. Therefore, it commits to diligently manage construction progress and actively implement risk control measures throughout the project's development.
