JCHX Mining announces convertible bond lottery results

JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. (SSE:603979) has released the online lottery results for its "JCHX Mining 25 Convertible Bond" issuance. The lottery was held on September 29, 2025, and supervised by representatives from relevant units and notarized by the Shanghai Oriental Notary Office.

The announcement details winning numbers across various digit categories. Winning numbers include those ending in "42517, 62517, 82517, 22517, 02517, 17838" for the last five digits; "699217, 949217, 449217, 199217" for the last six digits; and "72618257, 22618257" for the last eight digits. Additionally, numbers ending in "177872812, 427872812, 677872812, 927872812" and "1313445536, 3374531716" were drawn for the last nine and ten digits, respectively.

A total of 527,647 winning numbers were announced. Each winning number entitles the holder to subscribe to one lot (RMB 1,000) of JCHX Mining 25 Convertible Bonds. China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. and CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. served as the joint lead underwriters for this issuance.
