China State Construction wins two projects worth 62.2 bn yuan

China State Construction Engineering Corporation recently secured two substantial projects, totaling 62.2 billion yuan. This aggregate value represents 0.3% of the company's audited operating income for 2024. The announcement was made by the company's board of directors on September 29, 2025.

One of the key awards is to China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau for the Sichuan Guanghan Sanxingdui Cultural Tourism Development Zone Project 0+EPC, which includes operations, design, procurement, and construction general contracting. This project is valued at 35.1 billion yuan.

Additionally, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau secured the general contracting for the construction of the Danshuichi Vehicle Depot section of the Hubei Wuhan Rail Transit Line 12 (Jiangbei Section) project, valued at 27.1 billion yuan. These new contracts underscore the company's continued growth in both housing and infrastructure construction sectors.
