BOC International board approves donations, reviews Q2 report

BOC International (China) Limited held its forty-second session board meeting on September 29, 2025, via communication voting. All 12 eligible directors participated and voted. The board unanimously approved a resolution to donate RMB 212,880 to the Shanghai Jiao Tong University education assistance special training program for 2025.

Additionally, the board also unanimously approved a proposal to donate RMB 350,000 in rural revitalization funds to the People's Government of Xinghe County, Inner Mongolia. Both proposals received 12 affirmative votes with no dissenting votes or abstentions.

In a separate agenda item, the directors reviewed the "2025 Company Public Fund Business Second Quarter Supervision and Audit Report." The entire board expressed no objections to the contents of this report.
