Beijing Capital Environmental proposes mid-2025 profit distribution, management change

Beijing Capital Ecological Environment Group Co., Ltd. has announced a mid-2025 profit distribution plan, proposing a cash dividend of 0.4 yuan per 10 shares (including tax) to all shareholders. This plan, approved by the board of directors, will distribute a total of 293,623,627.08 yuan based on a total share capital of 7,340,590,677 shares as of June 30, 2025. This payout represents 31.60% of the company’s net profit attributable to listed company shareholders for the first half of 2025, and is pending approval at a future general meeting.

The distribution aims to enhance shareholder returns and investment value, aligning with directives for improving listed company quality. The company also confirmed that its parent company’s undistributed profit as of June 30, 2025, was 2,692,667,289.61 yuan.

In a related development, the board also approved the adjustment of senior management personnel. Xing Junyi will no longer serve as the company's deputy general manager due to management team adjustments, a move that will not impact the company's normal operations.
