Aerospace Electronics adjusts smart system project, calls shareholder vote

China Aerospace Times Electronics announced adjustments to the construction site and content of its "Smart Integrated Electronic Information System Industrialization Project." The project's construction site will be consolidated from Beijing Haidian District's Yongfeng base to Yongfeng and Yizhuang. This move aims to streamline scientific research and production, enhance efficiency, and better align with future production capacity needs. The project’s overall investment of 100,000.00 yuan, objectives, and duration remain unchanged.

The adjustments involve optimizing scientific research and production processes, leading to a reduction in equipment costs (70,740.00 yuan to 64,477.80 yuan) and software costs (11,760.00 yuan to 0). Conversely, engineering costs will increase (4,000.00 yuan to 18,731.52 yuan) due to reduced Yongfeng base factory renovation and increased Yizhuang base engineering construction. These changes, approved by the state-owned assets management department, will be presented for shareholder approval at the Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on October 15, 2025.

Additionally, the company will seek shareholder approval to reappoint Zhongzheng Tiantong Certified Public Accountants as its financial report and internal control audit firm for 2025, with audit fees of 1,500,000 yuan and 500,000 yuan respectively. The board and independent directors have affirmed the audit firm’s qualifications and independence.
