Chengtun Mining expands financial guarantees for subsidiaries and itself

Chengtun Mining Group's subsidiary, Kelixin New Energy Co., Ltd., has provided a joint and several liability guarantee for Chengtun Mining's 100 million yuan credit line with China Everbright Bank Xiamen Branch and an 80 million yuan credit line with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Xiamen Branch. These guarantees are valid for three years from the effective date of the respective contracts.

Additionally, Chengtun Mining and its subsidiary, Sichuan Chengtun Zinc and Germanium Technology Co., Ltd. (Chengtun Zinc and Germanium), have jointly provided a guarantee for China Everbright Bank Chengdu Branch’s 50 million yuan loan to Zhonghe Nickel Industry Co., Ltd. Chengtun Mining also provided guarantees for Chengtun Zinc and Germanium's 70 million yuan loan and Hanyuan Chengtun Zinc and Germanium Technology Co., Ltd.'s 50 million yuan loan with Bank of Chengdu Business Department. Further guarantees include a 60 million yuan loan for Chengtun Zinc and Germanium with China Construction Bank Chengdu Minjiang Branch, and 50 million yuan for Chengtun Zinc and Germanium and 100 million yuan for Hanyuan Chengtun Zinc and Germanium with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Chengdu Branch.

As of the disclosure date, Chengtun Mining Group's total external guarantees amount to 779,329.62 million yuan, representing 50.36% of its latest audited net assets. Guarantees for associate companies total 17,204 million yuan, while guarantees for subsidiaries total 762,125.62 million yuan, accounting for 49.25% of its latest audited net assets. No overdue guarantees were reported.
