Will Semiconductor shareholder adjusts equity pledges

Will Semiconductor Shanghai announced that its controlling shareholder, Yu Renrong, has completed both new pledges and releases of existing share pledges. Yu Renrong now holds 333,472,250 shares, representing 27.65% of the company's total share capital. Following these adjustments, his cumulative pledged shares amount to 172,020,000 shares, which constitutes 51.58% of his total holdings. The latest pledge of 10,160,000 shares, initiated on September 25, 2025, and maturing on September 28, 2028, was made to repay loans, representing 3.05% of his stake and 0.84% of the company's total share capital.

Concurrently, Yu Renrong released a pledge of 14,560,000 shares on September 25, 2025, equivalent to 4.37% of his holdings and 1.21% of the company's total share capital. Including his consistent actions, Yu Renrong, along with his concerted parties, including Shaoxing Weihao Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Yu Xiaorong, collectively hold 408,576,912 shares, or 33.88% of the company's total share capital. Their cumulative pledged shares now stand at 198,316,000 shares, representing 48.54% of their collective holdings and 16.44% of the company's total share capital.

The company stated that Yu Renrong’s equity pledges primarily serve to replace existing financing and do not affect the company's actual control, core operations, or financial standing. The company confirms that its controlling shareholder possesses sufficient capital repayment capabilities, drawing funds from operational income, dividends, investment returns, and self-raised capital.
