Tong Ren Tang subsidiary gains Cambodian drug registration for traditional medicine

Beijing Tong Ren Tang Co., Ltd. announced that its sub-subsidiary, Beijing Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. (Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine), has obtained a "Traditional Medicine Registration License" from Cambodia's Ministry of Health. This license permits the sale of Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine’s "Tong Ren Tang Angong Niuhuang Wan" in Cambodia.

The medicine's registration number is CAM N00041T-25 and is valid until September 11, 2028. The product must be used under the guidance of a licensed Chinese physician in Cambodia. Beijing Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine, located in Hong Kong, is the license holder.

This registration is expected to enrich Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine's distribution channels for key products and facilitate market expansion. The company stated that while beneficial, the acquisition of this license is not expected to significantly impact its production, operations, or performance in the short term. Investors are cautioned about potential investment risks due to Cambodia's policy environment changes, exchange rate fluctuations, and market competition affecting drug sales.
