Sichuan Chuantou Energy Co., Ltd. (SSE:600674) has announced ongoing progress in its controlling shareholder's equity changes. The restructuring involves Sichuan Energy Development Group succeeding Sichuan Provincial Investment Group as the direct and indirect controlling shareholder.
