Shanghai Chinafortune appoints new chief accountant, vice general manager departs

Shanghai Chinafortune Co., Ltd. announced a change in its senior management, with Mr. Tian Ming, vice general manager and chief accountant, resigning effective September 25, 2025, due to work reallocation. Mr. Tian Ming was originally slated to serve until May 15, 2026. Following his departure, Mr. Tian Ming will no longer hold positions within the company or its controlled subsidiaries. The company expressed gratitude for his contributions.

Concurrently, the eleventh board of directors, through a communication ballot on September 26, 2025, approved the appointment of Ms. Zhou Chang'e as the new chief accountant. The appointment, effective immediately, will extend until the conclusion of the current board's term. The resolution passed with unanimous approval.

Ms. Zhou Chang'e, born in June 1980, holds bachelor's and master's degrees and is a senior accountant. Her extensive background includes various financial and management roles at Huaxin Securities Co., Ltd., such as financial manager of the Shanghai Caobao Road Securities Business Department and Shanghai Branch, assistant general manager and deputy general manager of the planning and finance department, deputy general manager, general manager, deputy financial controller, and financial controller of the financial management headquarters, as well as supervisor and employee director.
