Lukang Pharmaceutical receives fourth land compensation installment

Shandong Lukang Pharmaceutical announced on September 25, 2025, the receipt of its fourth installment of land compensation amounting to 20,000,000 yuan. This payment stems from the government's acquisition of five parcels of state-owned construction land in the company's south plant area, totaling 237,100 square meters. The total compensation package agreed upon was 360,396,000 yuan.

With this latest installment, the company has now received a total of 122,277,000 yuan in land compensation, leaving an outstanding balance of 238,119,000 yuan. The company completed soil remediation and land transfer by June 27, 2024.

Lukang Pharmaceutical stated it will process the compensation according to accounting standards and will continue to monitor and pursue the remaining payments. The company advises investors to be aware of potential investment risks.
