COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd. announced the postponement of its second extraordinary general meeting for 2025. Originally slated for October 10, 2025, the meeting will now be held on October 13, 2025, at 13:30. This decision was made due to "meeting coordination arrangements." The equity registration date for the meeting, September 26, 2025, remains unchanged.

The revised schedule for the network voting system through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's platform will commence on October 13, 2025. Voting via the trading system will be available during market hours from 9:15-9:25, 9:30-11:30, and 13:00-15:00. Internet voting will be open from 9:15-15:00.

In light of the postponement, the on-site registration time for shareholders or their proxies has been adjusted to 12:00 to 13:30 on October 13, 2025. All other meeting registration details remain consistent with the original announcement issued on September 20, 2025.
