Yili completes two tranches of SCPs for 2025

Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (Yili) has announced the successful issuance of its twelfth and thirteenth tranches of super short-term commercial papers (SCPs) for 2025. These issuances are part of the company's approved debt financing increase, allowing for a total balance of multi-variety debt financing instruments not exceeding CNY45 billion.

The twelfth tranche, "25 Yili Industrial SCP012," has a term of 86 days and an interest rate of 1.49%. The total planned and actual issuance amount for this tranche was CNY3.2 billion. Interest accrual begins on September 24, 2025, with a maturity date of December 19, 2025.

The thirteenth tranche, "25 Yili Industrial SCP013," also features a term of 86 days and an interest rate of 1.49%. The planned and actual issuance amount totaled CNY2.8 billion. Like the twelfth tranche, its interest accrual begins on September 24, 2025, and it matures on December 19, 2025.
