Lotus Holdings Company Limited announced the completion of fund registration for its industrial investment fund, "Jiaxing Lotus Dongzheng Huaze Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)." The fund, with a total scale of RMB 50,000.00, successfully completed its filing procedures with the Asset Management Association of China, securing the "Private Investment Fund Filing Certificate" on September 24, 2025.

Lotus Holdings, as a limited partner, has committed RMB 35,000.00 to the fund, representing a 70% ownership stake. Oriental Securities Capital Investment Co., Ltd. serves as the general partner, contributing RMB 15,000.00. To date, Lotus Holdings has made an initial capital contribution of RMB 700.00, with Oriental Securities Capital contributing RMB 300.00, totaling an initial RMB 1,000.00. The fund also successfully completed its business registration and obtained its business license on September 2, 2025.
