Haitian Flavouring appoints new legal representative, re-elects committee member

Foshan Haitian Flavouring & Food Co., Ltd. held its ninth meeting of the sixth board of directors on September 25, 2025. The board unanimously approved the appointment of Guan Jianghua, the company's director and general manager, as the new legal representative. His term will run until the expiration of the current sixth board of directors.

During the same meeting, the board addressed a change in the composition of its Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee. Wen Zhizhou resigned from his director position on September 25, 2025, which automatically terminated his role on the committee. Subsequently, Wen Zhizhou was elected as an employee representative director by the company's employee representative assembly.

Following his election, the board approved Wen Zhizhou's re-appointment as a member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, with his term also aligning with the current board's tenure. The committee's composition remains unchanged, comprising Cheng Xue (chairperson), Guan Jianghua, Huang Wenbiao, Liao Changhui, and Wen Zhizhou.
