Fuyao Glass announces RMB 0.90 cash dividend per A-share

Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600660) has announced an A-share cash dividend of RMB 0.90 per share (including tax) for the first half of 2025. The total cash dividend for A-share shareholders amounts to RMB 1,802,687,698.80. This distribution was approved at the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on September 16, 2025.

The equity registration date for A-shares is set for October 10, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both scheduled for October 13, 2025. For A-share individual investors and investment funds, tax will be withheld upon actual share transfer based on holding period, ranging from 0% for holdings over one year to 20% for holdings under one month.

Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) and RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (RQFII) will face a 10% withholding tax, resulting in a net cash dividend of RMB 0.81 per A-share. Hong Kong market investors via "Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect" will also have a 10% withholding tax applied.
