China Railway Signal & Communication wins CNY 1.36 bn in rail projects

China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation (CRSC) has announced winning bids for four major railway projects with a combined value of approximately CNY 1.36 billion. These projects were secured between July and August 2025 and represent about 4.19% of the company's 2024 audited operating revenue.

The largest contract, for the Nantong-Ningbo High-Speed Railway's "Four Electrifications" and related engineering, is valued at CNY 863 million. Other significant wins include the Fuyu-Nenjiang-Jagedaqi Railway renovation for CNY 204 million, the Hepu-Zhanjiang Railway's "Four Electrifications" for CNY 186 million, and a communication equipment overhaul for the Baotou-Baiyun-Erlian Railway and associated stations, valued at CNY 107 million.

CRSC cautions that the projects are subject to formal contract signing and potential delays, and their multi-year implementation means the impact on 2025 performance is uncertain. The company emphasizes that these projects are not related to associated parties and will not affect CRSC's operational independence.
