Shitong Investment fully unwinds share pledge in Baotou Huazi Industry

Baotou Huazi Industry announced that its significant shareholder, Shitong Investment (Shandong) Co., Ltd., has released a pledge on 66,000,000 shares. This represents 77.28% of Shitong Investment's total holdings and 13.61% of Baotou Huazi Industry's total share capital. Following this release on September 22, 2025, Shitong Investment no longer has any pledged shares, reducing its previously pledged amount from 66,000,000 shares to zero.

Shitong Investment currently holds 85,404,925 unrestricted circulating shares in Baotou Huazi Industry, accounting for 17.61% of the company's total shares. The shareholder has confirmed that there are no immediate plans for further pledges after this release.

Baotou Huazi Industry's board of directors assures that the announcement is truthful, accurate, and complete. The company also stated that Shitong Investment would fulfill its disclosure obligations regarding any future share pledges in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
