Linyang Energy wins major State Grid procurement contract

Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd. (Linyang Energy) announced on September 24, 2025, that it has been awarded a major contract by State Grid Corporation of China and State Grid Materials Co., Ltd. The contract is part of the "State Grid Corporation of China's 53rd Batch Procurement (Marketing Project Second Time Metering Equipment Tender Procurement)" and includes A-level single-phase smart energy meters, B-level three-phase smart energy meters, C-level three-phase smart energy meters, smart fusion terminals, and specialized transformer acquisition terminals.

Linyang Energy secured 10 bid packages, with a total amount of approximately 141.88 million yuan. This sum represents 2.10% of the company's audited operating income for 2024. The fulfillment of this contract is expected to positively impact the company's operating performance and financial results for 2025 and 2026.

While the company has received the notification of award, a formal contract has not yet been signed. Delivery timelines are subject to the actual contract requirements of regional grid companies.
