Xi'an Bank shareholder pledges more shares for working capital

Xi'an Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., a shareholder of Xi'an Bank Co., Ltd., recently pledged an additional 26.8 million shares of the company. This latest pledge accounts for 23.59% of Xi'an Financial Holdings' total shares in Xi'an Bank and 0.60% of the bank's total share capital. The purpose of this pledge is to supplement working capital, with the shares pledged to Shaanxi Credit Enhancement Investment Co., Ltd. until September 22, 2025.

Following this transaction, Xi'an Financial Holdings' cumulative pledged shares in Xi'an Bank now total 56.8 million shares. This represents 49.99% of its total holdings in the bank and 1.28% of Xi'an Bank's overall share capital. Currently, Xi'an Financial Holdings holds 113.61 million shares, which constitutes 2.56% of Xi'an Bank's total share capital.

This pledge is not for guaranteeing performance compensation for major asset restructuring or other guarantee uses. As of the announcement date, the total cumulative pledged shares by the actual controllers of Xi'an Bank amount to 105.94 million shares, representing 8.69% of their total holdings and 2.38% of the bank's total share capital.
