Sumec to host 2025 semi-annual results briefing online in October

Sumec Corporation has scheduled its 2025 semi-annual results briefing for October 10, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. The briefing will be held online via the SSE Roadshow Center to provide investors with a deeper understanding of the company's operating results and financial status for the first half of the year, following the release of its 2025 semi-annual report on August 28, 2025.

The interactive session will feature key company representatives, including chairman Mr. Yang Yongqing, director and general manager Mr. Wang Jian, independent directors Mr. Mao Ning and Mr. Li Dong, and board secretary and CFO Mr. Zhang Xin. They will engage with investors and address questions regarding the company's performance and financial metrics.

Investors can submit questions in advance from September 25, 2025, to October 9, 2025, 4:00 PM, through the "Question Pre-collection" section on the SSE Roadshow Center website or by emailing tzz@sumec.com.cn. Sumec Corporation pledges to answer widely discussed questions during the briefing. After the event, a recording and key content will be available on the SSE Roadshow Center.
