Southern Publishing announces new board and senior management appointments

Southern Publishing And Media Company (SSE:601900) announced the successful completion of its Board of Directors' election and the appointment of senior management. On September 23, 2025, the company held its first extraordinary general meeting, which elected the Sixth Board of Directors, followed by the first meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors.

Mr. Tan Juntye was elected chairman of the Sixth Board of Directors, effective from the date of the resolution until the end of the term. The board also elected members for its specialized committees: Mr. Tan Juntye, Mr. Ye He, and Ms. He Yun for the strategic committee; Mr. Wan Liangyong, Ms. He Yun, and Mr. Chen Zuoke for the audit committee; and Mr. Xiao Yanbing, Mr. Chen Zuoke, and Mr. Wan Liangyong for the nomination and remuneration committee. Mr. Tan Juntye, Mr. Wan Liangyong, and Mr. Chen Zuoke were appointed as the respective chairmen of these committees.

Additionally, the company appointed new senior management: Mr. Ye He as general manager, Mr. Jiang Mingtao as deputy general manager, Ms. Lei He as deputy general manager and board secretary, Ms. Cui Song as chief accountant, Mr. Xiao Fenghua as deputy general manager, and Mr. Sun Bo as deputy general manager and chief information officer. These appointments are effective until the end of the Sixth Board of Directors' term.
