Sayram Agriculture to hold EGM to amend articles of association

Xinjiang Sayram Modern Agriculture Company Limited (SSE:600540) announced that its board of directors held a meeting on September 22, 2025, to review an agenda item that will lead to an extraordinary general meeting. The board unanimously approved the proposal to convene the third extraordinary general meeting of 2025 to consider amendments to the company's articles of association.

The company's board meeting was held via telecommunication, presided over by chairman Shen Yunfeng. All eight directors were present, and senior management attended. The decision to hold the extraordinary general meeting was passed with eight votes in favor, zero against, and zero abstentions.

The third extraordinary general meeting of 2025 is scheduled for October 9, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the company's second-floor conference room. Shareholders will be able to vote both in person and online via the Shanghai Stock Exchange's online voting system. The equity registration date for the meeting is September 25, 2025.
