Guotai Haitong Securities Company Limited (formerly Guotai Junan Securities Company Limited) announced the completion of the principal and interest repayment for its ninth tranche of 2024 short-term financing bills on September 23, 2025.

The short-term financing bills, issued on November 27, 2024, had a total issuance amount of 3 billion yuan and a coupon rate of 1.90%. The maturity period for these bills was 300 days, with the repayment date set for September 23, 2025.
