Yingliu Electromechanical announces convertible bond ballot results

Anhui Yingliu Electromechanical Company has announced the online ballot results for its issuance of convertible corporate bonds. The company, in conjunction with its sponsor Huatai United Securities, conducted the lottery on September 22, 2025 (T+1 day), with the results certified by the Shanghai Oriental Notary Public Office.

A total of 324,306 successful lottery numbers were drawn. Each successful lottery number entitles the holder to subscribe to one lot of Yingliu convertible bonds, valued at 1,000 yuan. Investors whose application numbers match the announced tail digits are deemed successful.

The announcement lists various successful tail digits for different lengths, from five-digit to ten-digit endings, which correspond to the allocated bonds. The final approval for this issuance was confirmed on September 23, 2025.
