Shandong Pharmaceutical Glass controlling shareholder unpledges significant stake

Shandong Luzhong Investment, the controlling shareholder of Shandong Pharmaceutical Glass Company Limited, has announced the release of pledges on a significant portion of its shares. The unpledged shares total 14,280,000, representing 11.04% of its total holdings and 2.15% of the company's total share capital. These shares were pledged to Zhongtai Securities Co., Ltd. and were released on September 18, 2025.

Following this transaction, Shandong Luzhong Investment now holds 129,380,980 shares, which constitute 19.50% of Shandong Pharmaceutical Glass's total share capital. The cumulative number of pledged shares held by the controlling shareholder has decreased to 49,600,000, now representing 38.34% of its total holdings and 7.47% of the company's total share capital.

Shandong Luzhong Investment has affirmed that any future pledging activities will be disclosed in accordance with regulatory requirements. The company officially announced this development on September 23, 2025.
