Sanxing Medical subsidiaries named preliminary winners for State Grid projects

Ningbo Sanxing Medical Electric Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, Ningbo Aux Smart Technology Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Sanxing Smart Electric Co., Ltd., have been designated as preliminary winning candidates in three procurement rounds by the State Grid Corporation of China. The total estimated preliminary winning amount for these projects is approximately RMB 19,258.51万元.

The largest preliminary win, valued at RMB 15,024.25万元, is for the 53rd batch of 2025 marketing projects, focusing on metering equipment, including A-grade single-phase smart energy meters, B-grade three-phase smart energy meters, C-grade three-phase smart energy meters, smart convergence terminals, and dedicated transformer acquisition terminals. Additionally, Aux Smart Technology is a preliminary winning candidate for switch cabinets in the 60th batch of 2025 transmission and transformation projects, worth RMB 2,777.10万元.

Sanxing Smart Electric is also a preliminary winning candidate for charging equipment in the 11th new batch of 2025 marketing projects, with an estimated value of RMB 1,457.16万元. While these preliminary wins are expected to positively impact the company's operating performance, investors are cautioned that official notices are pending, and contract terms and delivery schedules are yet to be finalized.
