Jonjee Hi-Tech: Largest shareholder increases stake ahead of earnings call

Zhongshan Torch Group, the largest shareholder of Jonjee Hi-Tech Industrial And Commercial Holding, has increased its stake in the company. Its ownership now stands at 21.03%, up from 20.78%. This acquisition, executed via centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange between September 15 and September 19, 2025, represents a 1% equity change within the previously announced share increase plan. The plan, disclosed on August 30, 2025, aims for an additional investment between RMB 200,000,000 and RMB 400,000,000 over 12 months starting September 1, 2025.

In a related announcement, Jonjee Hi-Tech will host a 2025 semi-annual earnings conference on September 29, 2025, from 15:00 to 16:00 (GMT+8) online at www.ir-online.cn.
