The company's security chip business reported robust performance in the first half of the year, with its subsidiary Datang Microelectronics achieving operating revenue of CNY 214m and a net profit of CNY 74.16m. Datang Telecom is recognized for its leading position in identity recognition and financial payment sub-segments within the security chip market. The company also confirmed that its holding subsidiaries, Datang Liancheng and Datang Microelectronics, are "specialized, refined, and new" "little giant" enterprises at the national level, with Xi'an Datang being a "specialized, refined, and new" small and medium-sized enterprise in Shaanxi Province.
