Anhui Conch Cement announces CNY 0.24 per share semi-annual cash dividend

Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, with a cash dividend of CNY 0.24 per share for A-share holders. The equity registration date for A-shares is September 29, 2025, with distribution on September 30, 2025. This distribution was approved by the company's 2024 annual general meeting and the tenth board of directors' second meeting held on August 26, 2025.

The total cash dividend distributed amounts to CNY 1,266,494,410.56, based on 5,277,060,044 shares eligible for distribution after deducting shares held in the company's dedicated repurchase account. Individual shareholders and investment funds holding A-shares for over one year will be exempt from individual income tax on this dividend.

For QFII shareholders, a 10% withholding tax applies, resulting in a net cash dividend of CNY 0.216 per share. Hong Kong Stock Connect investors (including enterprises and individuals) will also be subject to a 10% withholding tax, receiving a net cash dividend of CNY 0.216 per share.
