Linyang Energy set for significant State Grid contract

Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd. has been named a recommended preliminary winning bidder in the State Grid Corporation of China's 2025 fifty-third procurement batch for marketing project second-round metering equipment. The preliminary win encompasses 10 distinct packages, totaling 445,300 units of equipment. This includes 320,000 units for the first tender package (Type A single-phase smart energy meters), 75,000 units for the second (Type B three-phase smart energy meters), and 18,000 units for the third (Type C three-phase smart energy meters), among others.

Based on the preliminary winning quantities and estimated bid prices, the total contract value is approximately 141,882,900 yuan. This significant award is anticipated to positively impact the company's operating performance in both 2025 and 2026.

The company has not yet received a formal notification of winning the bid, as the public display period for the tender results is still ongoing. Investors are advised to exercise caution as delivery timelines and, consequently, the impact on future earnings, are subject to the final contractual agreements.
