China Petroleum Engineering unit inks $513m Abu Dhabi pipeline contract

China Petroleum Engineering Corp. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co. Ltd., has formally signed an EPC contract with ADNOC Gas Operations & Marketing L.L.C. for the Abu Dhabi LNG pipeline project. The contract, valued at $513 million, encompasses a 36-month construction period with an additional 12-month warranty period, and is expected to positively impact the company's revenue and profit for the next 3-4 years.

In related financial disclosures, China Petroleum Engineering Corp. provided an update on its guarantee situation for August 2025. The company and its subsidiaries issued 34 guarantees totaling 278,403,030.62 yuan. As of August 31, 2025, the total outstanding guarantees amounted to approximately 45.486 billion yuan, representing 171.57% of the company's net assets as of December 31, 2024. All guarantees were within the approved limits, with no overdue external guarantees.

Furthermore, the company declared a semi-annual cash dividend of 0.0130 yuan per share (including tax) for A-share holders, totaling 72,580,917.12 yuan. The equity registration date for this distribution is September 29, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both set for September 30, 2025.
