WuXi AppTec announces 2025 interim A-share cash dividend

WuXi AppTec Co. Ltd. has announced its 2025 semi-annual A-share equity distribution, with a cash dividend of 0.35000 yuan per share (including tax). The total cash dividend for A-shares amounts to 865,648,086.10 yuan (including tax).

The record date for A-shares is September 25, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both set for September 26, 2025.

The profit distribution plan was approved by the company's 2024 annual general meeting on April 29, 2025, which authorized the board of directors to formulate the specific interim dividend plan. The plan was subsequently reviewed and approved by the 22nd meeting of the third board of directors on July 28, 2025.

For individual investors and mutual funds holding A-shares, a differential personal income tax policy applies based on the holding period. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFIIs) and Hong Kong market investors via Stock Connect will face a 10% withholding tax, resulting in a net cash dividend of 0.31500 yuan per share after tax. Other institutional and corporate investors holding A-shares will not have tax withheld by the company, with taxes to be self-paid, and will receive 0.35000 yuan per share.
