Shandong Xinchao Energy shareholders approve all 2024 resolutions

Shandong Xinchao Energy Corporation Limited announced that its 2024 Annual General Meeting, held on September 19, 2025, successfully passed all resolutions. The meeting, attended by 829 shareholders or their proxies, represented 3,488,430,212 shares, constituting 60.3854% of the company's total voting shares.

The 2024 annual work report for the board of directors passed with 99.7745% of votes in favor. The 2024 annual work report for the supervisory board received 99.7583% approval. The 2024 annual report and its summary garnered 99.7241% support, while the 2024 financial final accounts report was approved by 99.6954% of shareholders.
