Greenland Holdings appoints five new vice presidents

Greenland Holdings Corporation announced the appointment of five new vice presidents following its eleventh board of directors' third meeting on September 19, 2025. The board unanimously approved the appointments of Lu Xinshe, Wu Xiaohui, Ren Hu, Xue Minghui, and Jiang Wei as vice presidents, with their terms aligned with the current board.

Concurrently, Chen Jun has resigned from his position as executive vice president due to personal reasons and will no longer hold any other roles within the company.

The newly appointed vice presidents bring extensive experience within Greenland Holdings and related sectors. Lu Xinshe previously served as executive vice president, while Wu Xiaohui held the position of executive vice president and secretary of the disciplinary committee. Ren Hu was executive vice president of Greenland's Infrastructure Group, Xue Minghui was vice president and general manager of the Shandong Business Unit, and Jiang Wei was general manager of the Shanghai Business Unit.
