Fen Wine Factory announces new leadership, governance changes

Shanxi Xinghuacun Fen Wine Factory Co., Ltd. held its ninth board of directors' first meeting on September 19, 2025, electing new leadership. Yuan Qingmao was appointed chairman, with Wu Yuefei, Li Zhenhuan, and Liu Weihua elected as vice chairmen. The board also established various special committees, including strategy, nomination, remuneration and assessment, and audit committees, with their respective members and chairpersons.

Concurrently, the board approved the appointment of Xu Zhifeng as board secretary and several senior management positions. These included Li Paijie, Wang Huai, and Zhang Yongyong as deputy general managers, Song Yapeng as assistant general manager, and Han Ying as chief engineer. All appointees will serve terms consistent with the ninth board of directors.

A separate extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, also held on September 19, 2025, approved revisions to the company's articles of association and other governance policies with 97.9532% and 97.9530% of votes respectively. Shareholders also elected non-independent and independent directors, including Yuan Qingmao, Wu Yuefei, Li Zhenhuan, Liu Weihua, Wang Yan, Ma Wenjie, Zhou Peiyu, Li Lincun, Fan Yanping, and He Zhen, with high approval ratings.
