AECC Aviation Power shareholders approve key resolutions, cancel supervisory board

AECC Aviation Power held its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on September 19, 2025, in Dalian, Liaoning Province. A total of 1,533 shareholders and proxies attended, representing 1,426,931,832 shares, or 53.5314% of the company's voting shares. The meeting, chaired by chairman Mou Xin, adopted resolutions through a combination of on-site and online voting.

One key resolution involved the reappointment of the accounting firm. Shareholders approved this with 99.8702% of votes in favor. For shareholders holding less than 5%, the resolution passed with 99.1025% in favor.

Additionally, a special resolution to cancel the supervisory board and amend the company's articles of association and rules of procedure was passed. This resolution received 98.8909% of votes in favor. As a special resolution, it required and received approval from more than two-thirds of the voting rights held by attending shareholders.
