Wuchan Zhongda board names new general manager, approves department changes

Wuchan Zhongda Group's board of directors, during its 10th board of directors' 31st meeting on September 18, 2025, approved Mr. Chen Xiao's nomination and appointment as the new general manager. The resolution also appointed Mr. Chen Xiao as a director candidate, receiving unanimous approval with nine votes in favor, zero against, and zero abstentions. Mr. Chen Xiao's term will align with the tenth board of directors.

Additionally, the board unanimously approved an adjustment to the company's headquarters' departmental structure. The "Party-Masses Department and Trade Union Office" will be reconfigured into two distinct departments: "Party-Masses Department" and "Trade Union Office." All other departmental structures will remain unchanged.

Mr. Chen Xiao, born in January 1978, holds a doctorate and joined the workforce in July 2006. His career includes roles such as director of the accounting department at the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Finance and deputy secretary of the Jinhua Municipal Party Committee.
